Shipping:For Domestic orders we use the US Postal Service, and calculate shipping charges based on product weight. For International Orders we use FEDEX. Additional charges may apply.

Return Policy:Returns are accepted for manufacturer defects. There are NO returns on custom orders, unless manufacturer defect. Returns are also accepted for merchandise damaged through shipping. Claims against damaged goods through shipment must be made within 2-3 days after being received.
